Asian native fresh shell and dry bean highly regarded for its yield, protein and oil content, as well as a multitude of nutritional uses. Uses include green and dry cooking, flour, soy milk, tofu, soy sauce, and miso. Our specialty is these early maturing, vegetable-type soybeans. Dry soybeans average 40% protein and 18% oil.
