A staple in Asian stir fries and soups, pac chois — also known as pak choi and bok choy — have a mild mustard flavor with background sweetness. We offer both green stem varieties, which tend to have more flexible stems, and white stem varieties. Choose from varieties suitable for mini and full-size heads, or for baby leaf. Though pac choi prefers cooler seasons, most varieties perform relatively well in warm weather.
