Growing Information:
Germination: 10-14 days at 60-65°F. Culture: Outdoors (recommended) - when soil temps. reach 60°F. Fall sow where winters are mild. Indoors - 4-6 weeks before last frost directly into packs or containers; sensitive to root disturbance. Sow 3-4 times every 2-3 weeks early in season for continuous flower/pod production. Light/Soil: Full sun; average, well-drained soil. Spacing: 6-9". Use: Fresh or dried cut flower, borders. Harvest: Fresh - buds fully colored or pods have begun to develop. Dried - seed pods firm. |
