I do apologize! You requested some information but I didn't understand the request in its entirety. Allow me to offer a few possible scenarios and solutions:

Searching using the search box:
If you were searching for a particular word or phrase in the search box, it could be that the format you used doesn't quite match up. If you were searching for "Mrs. Burn's Lemon Basil", for example, try a simpler query like "lemon basil" or "burns". Try another version of your search and see if that helps.

Browsing using the product categories:
If you clicked on "Vegetables", then "Tomatoes", then "Heirloom", for example, and you encountered this "error" page, what that usually means is that a product in my database, in the heirloom section, has some bad data and it needs to be fixed. If you'd be so kind, please email the person who monitors our website, Daria, and let her know you encountered a problem. Please let her know what page you were trying to get to. It'll help her find the problem much more quickly. Your assistance here is deeply appreciated and we thank you for your time.

Trying to check out:
If you were in the middle of checking out and you got this "error" page, I was probably processing many checkout requests at the same time when you tried to go to the next page, and I missed your request. If you would be kind enough to hit your browser's BACK button, and try your request again, chances are I'll hear your request fully and deliver the information you're looking for.

If none of the above helps, I have 2 more suggestions:
  1. Give us a call toll-free (US and Canada only) at 1-877-564-6697 or call 1-207-861-3902 if you are an international customer. We'd be very happy to help you over the phone and process your order quickly. We're good people to talk to and very friendly.
  2. If you really want to place your order over the internet and avoid the phone, then you need to delete your browser's "cookie" for johnnyseeds.com as well as your temporary internet files. If you got this page a second time, then it means that either some information in your "cookie" got garbled and confused and it needs to be deleted so that I can issue you a fresh one, or it means that some confusing page content was stored in your temporary internet files.
