DAYS TO GERMINATION: 10-14 days at 70-72°F (21-22°C).

SOWING: Horizontal support may be necessary.
Transplant (recommended): Sow 6-8 weeks before last frost. Transplant into cell packs or individual containers when the first true leaves appear. Harden off and transplant after the last frost. Row covers help prevent the spread of disease by leaf hoppers. Remove the covers before flowers bloom.
Direct seed: Sow after the last frost when the soil temperature is 65-70°F (18-21°C).

LIGHT PREFERENCE: Sun.

SOIL REQUIREMENTS: Fertile, well-drained soil.

PLANT SPACING: 6-12". Pinching is unnecessary.

HARDINESS ZONES: Annual.

HARVEST: Fresh: When outside ray florets begin to open. Place immediately in water with floral preservative.
Note: Vase life is 5-10 days.
