DAYS TO GERMINATION: 7-10 days at 60-70°F (16-21°C)

SOWING: Direct seed (recommended) - Sow seed 1/8" deep in early spring after last heavy frost. Make 2–3 successive sowings 2 weeks apart for continuous summer harvest. Transplant - Sow 4–5 weeks before last frost date. When first true leaves appear, transplant into larger cell packs or containers. Harden off to transplant outdoors after last frost.

HARVEST: For Fresh or Dried - harvest when seed heads are mature but still green. Harvesting after seed heads turn golden results in shattering when dried.
