Cultural information includes notes on life cycle, site selection and soil preparation, planting, irrigation, weed and insect control, "lifting" for removal of secondary roots and shoots, and harvesting. NOTE: Horseradish root cuttings should be removed from their shipping package immediately upon receipt and planted plant as soon as possible. If you are unable to plant upon arrival, wrap the roots in slightly damp sphagnum moss or newspaper and refrigerate.
