Mild, lettucy flavor. All of Johnny's high-germination sprouting seeds are untreated and have tested negative for the presence of E. coli 0157 and Salmonella. Most are certified organic, designated by the OG symbol. Buckwheat is not recommended for use in the Bioset Kitchen Salad Garden. Organically grown.
