Striking, deep purple foliage, stems and spikes.
Unlike any other millet, each corn-like plant has 1-3 main stems and 12-14", cattail-like flower plumes. Immature spikes can be used in floral arrangements. Left on the plant, the millet seed attracts birds. Suited to 4" pots up to gallon containers. Ht. 36-60". Avg. 3,300 seeds/oz. Packet: 10 seeds.
