Provides solid support for row covers.
Unique, 16" wide by 23" tall, loops act as cleats to firmly secure twine run from hoop to hoop down the bed. Hoops can be spaced up to 10' apart. Wrap the twine once around each loop to secure it and then proceed to the next hoop. No knots required. This allows for very quick setup and disassembly, and the twine provides increased rigidity and support for the row cover.
