Transplant from a standing position - save time and your back!
Designed to open square planting holes and available in three different sizes: 1 1/2", 2", and 2 1/2". Plant plugs from 128-cell flats and smaller, right up through 24-cell flats. Lower edges slice right through plastic mulch. Adjustable handle height and depth stop. To operate: Hold handles apart, plunge to the depth stop, push handles together, drop the transplant, and lift the tool straight up. One person operates the tool, another handles the transplants. Follow up with some water and you are done. Also useful for tubers, bulbs, etc.
