Attaches to the tailgate brackets of either Model 26 or Model 20 Vermont Garden Cart.
Allows quick attachment and removal of the Rock/Composter Sifter when you want to have sifted compost or other material in the cart. Sifter sits on top of the cart, and the latches create a hinge enabling large items to be dumped off the sifter. After installation, no tools are required to attach or remove the sifter. A 7/16" wrench, a 3/16" Allen wrench, and a large straight-blade screwdriver are required for installation.
