USE: Beds, borders, edging, or containers. Fruit is edible and very hot. Dry for use in ristras.
HARVEST: Fresh - After peppers begin to ripen for different color effects. Dried - At least 90% of peppers on stem are red; orange peppers continue to ripen to red. Strip foliage; hang.
