A very useful and unique knife for cutting through squash flesh.
The stiff, short blade allows cutting through squash and pumpkin flesh more easily and with better control and safety. The serrated, stainless steel blade is 3 1/2" long with a 4 1/2" long handle. This knife has proven to be a favorite here at Johnny's when slicing hundreds of squash for taste tests.
