Lisianthus

GERMINATION: 10-15 days at 70-75ºF (21-24ºC).
CULTURE: Indoors only - Sow 12-13 weeks before last frost in deep cell packs. Do not cover seed as light is needed for germination. Keep soil evenly moist but not saturated, maintain 70-75ºF (21-24ºC) soil temperature, and provide good air circulation until emergence. Reduce moisture levels once emergence has occurred and allow to dry out slightly between watering to prevent algae growth. Early transplanting is recommended. Transplant no later than the fourth leaf stage, approximately 21-28 days. Outdoors - not recommended.
TIP: Applying T-22HC Plantshield is recommended to provide prolonged protection against root pathogens.
GROWING ON: After emergence, lower the temperature to 60-70ºF (16-21ºC). Avoid stressing the plugs with high temperature over 75ºF (24ºC) and overwatering during this stage to prevent rosetting (resting stage).
LIGHT/SOIL: Full sun in well-drained soil high in organic matter.
SPACING: 4-8" apart.
HARVEST: When 2-3 of the flowers on a stem are open.
