GERMINATION: 5-10 days at 60-65ºF (16-28ºC).
CULTURE: Outdoors (recommended) - as soon as soil can be worked in the spring. Cover seed with 1/8" fine soil. Thin when first true leaves appear. Indoors - sow 4 weeks before last frost directly into final container or jumbo plug trays; dislikes root disturbance. Cover seed as darkness aids germination. Carefully transplant outdoors when first true leaves appear.
LIGHT/SOIL: Full sun in rich, moist, well-drained, sandy soil.
SPACING: 8-12".
USE: Excellent cut flower. Containers, edging, borders, and rock gardens.
HARVEST: 50% of the flowers are open.
