Morning Glory
GERMINATION: 5-14 days at 65-75ºF (18-24ºC). Varying warm day temperatures and cool night temperatures will yield best germination. Also, to aid germination, nick seed with a file and/or soak 24 hours in water overnight.
CULTURE: Indoors - 3-4 weeks before last frost, 2-4 seeds/pot. Thin. Transplant out 3-4 weeks after danger of frost is past. Outdoors - 1-2 weeks after last frost, 8 seeds/foot, 6" away from wall or trellis. Thin.
LIGHT/SOIL: Full sun to partial shade; well-drained soil of low to average fertility. High nitrogen reduces flower production.
SPACING: 12". Stake or trellis.
USE: Arbors, walls, fences.
