What is a QR Code?

QR (Quick Response) Codes are two dimensional matrix-type bar codes that are readable by a mobile device with a camera. You'll need a data connection and a QR code reader app installed on your mobile device to scan the code.
If you don't have a QR code reader installed, you can do web search on your mobile device to find and download a QR reader app. The apps are free in most cases.
How do I use it?
Using the reader is easy. Once you've installed the app, open it up, and you're ready to read QR codes. The reader will automatically turn on mobile device's scanner/camera.
- Point the camera at the QR code.
- In your camera's viewfinder, make sure the cross hairs are lined up with the QR code.
- The app will automatically direct you to the desired web page associated with the code.
