Position Summary

Johnny's Selected Seeds is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Marketing team.

In the role, you will work with a tight-knit e-commerce team to improve Johnny's website and optimize our digital marketing efforts for customer engagement and sales growth.

Strong written communication is a must. Desire to learn and grow in the role is essential.

A candidate with a bachelor's degree is preferred. Marketing experience, especially in web/digital, is a plus.

Tools used include Google Analytics, JIRA, MS Excel and Access, and others.

This is a primarily remote work position that reports to the E-Commerce Manager.

Key Responsibilities

The person in this role is responsible for varying levels of strategy, planning, and execution in the following areas:

• Website user experience
• Digital advertising and promotion
• Customer communication
• Email marketing
• Data and information maintenance
