Amaranthus spp.: Germination: 7-10 days at 70-75°F. Culture: Indoors - 4-6 weeks before last frost. Transplant out after danger of frost is past. Outdoors - after last frost, sow thinly. Growing On: 62-65°F until transplanting. Light/Soil: Full sun in average, well-drained soil. Spacing: 12-15". Support advised. Use: Fresh or dried, back of bed, accent in borders, containers.
