Fine-leaf or Greek basil can be used in much the same way as regular basil — in pesto, soups, stuffing, or any vegetable dish, especially beans, peppers, eggplants, and tomatoes. Greek basil has the advantage of having smaller leaves and softer stems than many other basils. Its flavor is also relatively strong.
