Our custom designed seed starting mix.
Excellent for seed starting, transplanting and container growing. 512 Mix is made from a 1/2" screened blend of sphagnum (brown) and sedge (black) peat mosses, compost and perlite. Contains ample nutrients to carry most plants from seed to transplant. Some high nutrient-demanding crops may benefit from supplemental feeding. The mix does not require as frequent watering as all-sphagnum mixes like Redi-Earth or Pro Mix, and is excellent for soil blocks, trays and small containers. Available in three sizes.
