Seeds are evenly distributed over the length of the spatula; the seeder is held level over the flat or plug tray to be filled; and vibration speed control is adjusted until seed moves slowly off tip of spatula. Dispensing speed can also be controlled by tilting seeder up or down. Used at slower speeds for individual seed dispensing in plug trays or speed it up for a controlled spill into 20-row seed flats. Powered by one 9v battery (included).
