Johnny's Drop Seeder (sold separately) comes pre-installed with a 72-hole tray with 3 mm holes formatted for soil blocks. Swap out the pre-installed tray with this one and the pre-installed bottom plate with #9918 (sold separately) to customize your Drop Seeder for use with plug trays; see list below for crops that are recommended for sowing with this tray. This 50-hole tray pattern is perfect for seeding into TO Plastics plug trays (#9498 and #9499) and should be compatible with other brands of plug trays; we recommend you check the cell spacing for other tray brands against the cell spacing of the TO Plastics brand trays.
