Growing Information:
Greens, Mustard

CULTURE: Sow from early spring to late summer. For bunching, sow 1/4- 1/2" deep in a 2" wide band with 15 seeds/ft., rows 24" apart. Cut when greens reach full-size (12-18"). For baby-leaf, sow 1/4- 1/2" deep in a 2-4" wide band sow 60 seeds/ft. Cut entire plants at 3-6".
INSECTS: Control flea beetles and other pests with floating row covers (see Index) applied at time of sowing.
AVG. DIRECT SEEDING RATE: Bunching: 1,040'/oz., 16,640'/lb., 11/3 lb./acre at 15 seeds/ft. Baby-leaf: 260'/oz., 4,160'/lb. at 60 seeds/ft.
