About the Editor: Lynn Byczynski has been growing and writing about cut flowers since 1990. Her first book, The Flower Farmer: An Organic Grower's Guide to Raising and Selling Cut Flowers, has been credited with inspiring thousands of people to start growing flowers for sale locally. On her own farm in Lawrence, Kansas, she has grown certified-organic flowers for local florists, supermarkets, natural food stores, a pick-your-own subscription, and weddings. Lynn is the editor and publisher of Growing for Market, a national magazine for small-scale, sustainable vegetable and flower farmers.
