Orders placed by 1:30 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after this time, or on weekends, will be processed for shipment the next business day.
Exceptions include orders of products not currently in stock as well as orders requiring additional import documentation.
When Standard Shipping is selected for a Canadian order, the order will be shipped through the US Postal Service (USPS), via First Class or Priority Mail, and will be delivered in 15–21* days. (Johnny's Selected Seeds will choose the best option for your order.)
Refer to the chart above for standard shipping charges.
A customs broker may be required by the Canada Border Service Agency to have your order cleared through customs. You may be able to clear the shipment yourself. Johnny's can provide the detailed information regarding your order that you will need to clear customs. Johnny's is not able to clear shipments and is not responsible for the cost to have this done. If you have any questions, please call Johnny's toll-free at 1-800-854-2580 (Canada), or email one of our Canadian Team members, Ashley Davis or Kristine Dyer.
Items requiring additional shipping charges due to the product's size, weight, or shape are designated in our catalog by a red asterisk *, and in Notes on the individual product description webpage.
The Canadian additional shipping charges will be listed under Shipping Zone D. These are FOB (Freight On Board) shipping charges, and will be applied during checkout and will be listed in the order total as "Surcharge."
We offer additional shipping options via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.
The cost of shipping through these carriers is based on the weight of the shipment.
With orders that are placed online, shipment via these methods requires that we contact you prior to shipping the order, to confirm the shipping charges and order total.
