Dianthus is a lovely cut flower, sweetly fragrant with a wide color palette and a large following. Gardeners have been cultivating Dianthus since at least the 1500’s. We offer two species chosen for their performance as cut-flowers: 1) sweet William (Dianthus barbatus) and 2) heirloom carnation (Dianthus caryophyllus).
