Elegant filler flower.
2½–3½" pure white flowers with an intricate, lacy pattern. Full, well-branched plants with strong, upright stems. Easy to grow. The clusters of green, star-shaped seed pods also make a unique bouquet addition. Also known as white lace flower and Minoan lace. Also available in organic seed. Ht. 24–30". Avg. 2,300 seeds/oz. Packet: 50 seeds.

SOWING: Make 2-3 successive sowings, 2 weeks apart for a continuous summer harvest. Trellis
may be necessary. Direct seed (recommended): Sow seed thinly in rows, covering lightly, in early spring after last frost. If growing in the South, sow seed in the fall. Transplant: Sow 4-6 weeks before planting outside. When the first true leaves appear transplant into larger containers. Harden off and transplant outside after the last frost.
Note: Plants do not perform well in temperatures above 85°F (29°C).
LIGHT PREFERENCE: Sun.
SOIL REQUIREMENTS: Average, well-drained soil. Will tolerate dry soil.
PLANT SPACING: 9-12".
HARDINESS ZONES: Annual.
HARVEST: Fresh:Harvest when approximately 80% of the flowers in the umbel are open. Flowers should be crisp white with no hint of pollen shed. Dried: Once seed pods form.
USES: Excellent cut flower. Back of beds and borders. Dried.
