DAYS TO GERMINATION:

6-10 days at 72-77°F (22-25°C)

SOWING:

Transplant (recommended) - Sow 4-6 weeks before planting out for 128 to 288-cell size or 6-8 weeks before planting out for larger cells or seedling containers. Apply a thin layer of vermiculite to hold seeds in place but do not completely cover seed, as light aids germination. Keep the soil surface moist; this will aid in dissolving the seed coating, if using pelleted seed. After germination, maintain an average temperature range of 60-75°F (16-24°C) for best results. Harden off and transplant outside after danger of frost. Deadheading spent blooms is not required but does encourage plant health and maximum flowering. Direct seeding is not recommended.

PLANT HEIGHT:

Varies.

PLANT SPACING:

12-24" for beds. For containers, use 3 plants per 10-12" container.

HARDINESS ZONES:
