Plug Spawn
Use plug spawn to grow mushrooms outdoors in logs or stumps. Plug spawn are a great way to try mushroom log production for the first time, trial a new species, or to inoculate smaller numbers of logs at one time. Inoculate logs using a drill and drill bit; insert spawn into the holes and seal with wax. Choose from certified organic Blue Oyster, Golden Oyster, Italian Oyster, Lion’s Mane, or Shiitake. Inoculation tools and wax are also available.
