Medium-large, blocky globes with thin necks for consistent drying and strong, copper skins for long storage. Wider latitude adaptability than Yankee (our organic option for DM resistance), so it can be grown successfully as far south as Pennsylvania. Intermediate resistance to downy mildew, Fusarium basal rot, and botrytis. Adaptation: 40–50° latitude. Avg. 121,200 seeds/lb. Packet: 250 seeds.
