Blue, mauve, pink, purple, and white blooms clothed in a lacy netting of greenery. Heirloom favorite for fresh or dried flowers. Balloon-shaped seed pods. Also known as devil in a bush.
SOWING: Direct seed (recommended) - Sow 3-4 times every 2-3 weeks early in season for continuous flower/pod production. Fall sow where winters are mild. Transplant - Sow 4-6 weeks before planting out. Cover seeds very lightly with soil as light is required for germination. Plants are sensitive to root disturbance.
