'Mambo' Winter Squash Variety Bred by Johnny's Selected Seeds
Hi! I'm Lindsay, and this is our new winter squash Mambo.
Mambo is special because it has a really beautiful dark green color. It has this nice blocky shape, which means it can be sold either as a green kabocha or as a buttercup, but it has a very reduced button on the bottom as compared to our Bonbon buttercup that we already sell.
Mambo stores really well. It maintains this dark green color, and it tastes really good too. We're also really impressed by its yields, and we think it's gonna be a really great addition to our kabocha assortment.
We're really excited about Mambo and hope you add it to your winter squash assortment.
