GERMINATION: 14-21 days at 65-70°F (18-21°C).
CULTURE: Indoors (recommended) - 10-12 weeks before last frost. Transplant out after danger of frost has passed.
GROWING ON: Begins taproot growth at germination; do not allow to become potbound.
LIGHT/SOIL: Full sun; well-drained, sandy loam to poor soil.
SPACING: 12-24".
USE: Cut flower, borders, containers, butterfly gardens.
HARVEST: 1/2 to 2/3 of flowers are open on a stem. If stems wilt after harvest rehydrate in water for 24 hours.
CAUTION: Milky sap may cause eye and skin irritation.
