'Frosted Explosion' (Panicum elegans) - Key Growing Information

SOWING: Transplant (recommended): We recommend transplanting rather than direct seeding because young seedlings can easily be mistaken for grass weeds, making the first cultivation/weeding difficult. Sow 5-6 weeks before last frost in a light, sterile soilless mix in individual containers or seedling trays. Cover seed lightly to aid germination.
LIGHT PREFERENCE: Sun.
SOIL REQUIREMENTS: Well-drained soil.
PLANT SPACING: 10-12".
HARDINESS ZONES: Annual.
HARVEST: Fresh: Harvest when flower spikes are fully opened.
USES: Excellent cut flower. Filler in bouquets and mixed containers.
