'Carmen' Corno di Toro Sweet Pepper in the Greenhouse
This is our Corno di Toro pepper called 'Carmen'—one of our most popular products—bred by Johnny's, with a focus on really excellent eating quality. It's very sweet and tasty. As you can see, the fruit are very uniform and attractive.
Most often this variety is grown in the field, but I just wanted to show that it does do very well in the greenhouse as well. The plant works very nicely for a more intensive pruning method, like is shown here. And lot of our growers could have success with this variety in both field and protected culture.
