Microgreens Production Fundamentals
Brenna Chase is the Product Manager for microgreens at Johnny's. She also manages other crops, including leafy greens and peppers. She is responsible for managing the product assortment for these crops as well as overseeing the product development targets of Johnny's pepper, Swiss chard, and greens breeding programs.
Rachel Katz has been working on farms for the last 20 years and has held her current position of Trials Technician on the Johnny's Research Farm for the last 7. At Johnny's, she overseas our microgreens trials (as well as large and small leafy greens) to parse out the subtle differences between varieties and strategies that will help ensure the success of our growers.
